At Accents Woodcraft, every item is individually handcrafted using natural wood and other quality materials. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in wood grain, color, figure, knots, and finish are part of what makes every creation unique.

Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition.
The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
The item must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage during shipment.

Please contact me before returning any item so I can provide return instructions.

Natural Wood Characteristics

Wood is a natural material, and no two pieces are exactly alike. Variations in grain pattern, color, figure, knots, spalting, mineral streaks, and other natural characteristics are expected and are not considered defects.

Product photographs represent the design and craftsmanship of each item. Because each piece is handcrafted from natural wood, the item you receive may differ slightly from the one shown.

Handcrafted Items

Each item is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in carving, finish, color, and overall appearance are a natural part of the handmade process and contribute to the uniqueness of every piece.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the product
Photos of the shipping box and any visible shipping damage

Depending on the situation, I will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled any time before they have shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the Return Policy outlined above.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of shipping damage or an error on my part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged.
An incorrect item was shipped.
The return is the result of an error on my part.

For higher-value items, I recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Accents Woodcraft cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipment.
